The prompt for this assignment was to create an entire brand for a coffee shop titled What Cheer Cafe, other than the title there were no limits or restrictions. The most important aspect of this assignment was to decide what color palette we would be using for the logo and how that would then translate into the brand's website, merchandise, etc.

My version of What Cheer Cafe logo is inspired by wax stamp seals used for antique letters & envelopes. I chose a red that I felt emulated the traditional stamp color while still being modernized. I also attempted to keep that red throughout all forms of the branding even when it wasn't blatantly apparent.
